Bremerton had no real Indian food. A young couple decided to fix that — from scratch, every day, in an open kitchen on Washington Avenue.
The Gap We Decided to Fill
The Kitsap Peninsula had almost nothing in the way of authentic Indian food. So in 2026, we opened a small storefront in downtown Bremerton and got to work.
How the Kitchen Works
Masala is ground fresh each morning. Halal proteins are sourced with care, curries simmer low — every ingredient earns its place in the bowl.
Thirty-One Dishes, All Made to Order
The bowls and wraps are the foundation, but the street specials are where it gets interesting — Butter Chicken Tacos with cooling slaw, a Butter Chicken Pasta that shouldn't work and absolutely does.
Built for Everyone at the Table
The Chickpea Bowl and Soy Tikka Chaap aren't substitutes — they're standouts. Six bowls are gluten-free, and the vegan options are built to satisfy, not just accommodate.
A Fixture on Washington Avenue
Family-run, open seven days, generous portions — the community showed up fast and kept coming back. This is the place Bremerton was missing.
